Your Timeline to Success in Business

The journey to success in Network Marketing can seem long and daunting if you aren’t prepared in advance for what to expect. We follow 3 simple success principles and knowing this will set you up for success. These are:

The Principle of Duplication – we duplicate a very simple process that any one can do. Make your list and set a time to have each person send out cards and experience how it works. Could you do this? Would you do this?

The Principle of Consistency – we do these steps over and over again. You don’t have to have any special talents; just be committed to BE consistent.

The Principle of Time – most people will say no in the beginning; many of those people will change their mind and join you IF you stay in the game. You must be willing to give it time for success.

So, your Success Timeline might be something like this –

Your First 30 Days – these are the most challenging for a new distributor. It’s just like starting a work out program. You have to get out there and take action. You seem to be doing a lot and not a lot of income is rolling in. Remember, you are an entrepreneur, not a “paid employee.” Set a goal for each day of your first 30 days.

30 to 90 Days – Ideally, you have some success under your belt with a few customers and team members; you’ve earned back your investment and yet the road still seems long. It’s critical to get to a company/team event during this time to solidify your belief.

90 Days – 6 Months – If you have stayed the course and remained consistent, you have a growing team and should be making enough income to fund your business. If you have followed my training and the system, you are on your way to the top. You should have met your first 2 promotions! Get signed up for and attend your company convention! No excuses here!

6 Months to 1 Year – the team is growing, although not fast enough. It never does! You haven’t replaced your income yet so don’t be tempted to quit your job too soon. Be attending all company events regularly and get your team there! Find new ways to reach people, through networking events, etc.

1 Year – 3 Years – it’s worth it! Keep going! You either have a massive team by now and your paychecks are exciting, or you may still be in slower growth mode. Your actions often determine the pace of your team, so make sure you are a strong leader of the pack! If you are following our Daily 8 System, you are excited and having wild success! Congratulations!

3 Years and Up – no where to go but straight to the top. You are well on your way to financial freedom and you are solid in your business. No one can shake your belief or change your mind about this wonderful business of Network Marketing and sending out cards!

Congratulations! Here is the thing though – you MUST get started and you MUST NOT quit! I would love to get you started today!

Is it in the Cards

You may be wondering if a home based business is right for you; you may also wonder if you can be a success in network marketing. Maybe you have tried a few other businesses and could not seem to make it a good fit.

I want to share why it might be “in the cards” for you to succeed in a business sending out fun cards; appreciation marketing cards; business building cards; and spreading the message of abundance and appreciation to the world.

Zig Ziglar once said – “Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.” There is power in those words.

We live in a world filled with negativity, so how exciting to be part of a company on a mission to change that in the world. Our company has a vision to inspire people to find themselves, become better, and give themselves away.

Imagine the powerful impact it can have on YOU to make a difference in the lives of others. Did you know the simple act of sending out a heartfelt card each day can change your life? I know it has changed mine.

Single Daily Action Strategies

When you join a team, make sure you know what is already working for those who are successful in the company. Follow their actions because success leaves clues.

Do you have a daily tracking list to follow? Is it simple? Do you know what to do?

Here is what I do on a daily basis that moves my business forward –

I send out a card each day to someone I care about. I know that what I send out I get back ten-fold. Not always from that person, but from the universe.

I send out a card with business information in it to someone who I have connected with and talked business with.

I send out at least two gifts each week – one almost always to someone on my team, and another to someone just to make their day.

I show someone else how to send out a card using our amazing, online card system.

I network with others and follow up by sending out a “nice to meet you” card. And follow up later with a phone call and invite them to send out a free card.

I study the success patterns of other Eagle’s who have soared to great heights and I model their actions.

How to Easily Contact Your Warm Market

New Network Marketers are often nervous about letting those people who they know (warm market) know about their business. The reason for this is often that they are too attached to the outcome. They have an expectation that this person should/will join them and if this doesn’t happen, they feel rejected.

This is mis-guided thinking, I do know that. In 17 years, I have never lost a friend due to my Network Marketing business. I just do my job, which is to notify people about what I am doing and my new business. If I started an ice cream store, I would tell people and invite them in, right?

With our greeting card business, it is so easy to let people know. You just go online, select or create a custom greeting card to send, and let them know about your business.

If it’s someone you’ve done business with, send out a card that focuses on theĀ  business, and let them know you are looking for partners and referrals.

If it’s someone you have not discussed business with, send out a card that is fun, humorous and just to connect.

Follow up a week or so later and make sure they received the card and ask if you can show them how the system works and have them send a card.

How simple is that? Most people won’t turn down sending out a free card to someone they love and care about.
