That kind of sums up a lot, doesn’t it? When you think about it, we all have our share of bad times, right? And it is said that 87% of everything we see or hear is negative. In our jobs, we are often surrounded by whiners and complainers. And what good does it serve?
Here are two simple steps you can use to make a difference for others while you build a highly successful business. After all, what you give out DOES come back to you ten-fold, right? Do you believe that? I do, as I have experienced it first hand!
1. Be on the look out constantly for ways you can show appreciation, gratitude and recognize others. It could be by sending out cards; or a kind word; an unexpected, heartfelt gift, etc. Set a goal to find 2 things a day to recognize, appreciate and make sure the people involved know that you are appreciative and grateful, Don’t keep it hidden inside!
2. See good where others can not. Make it a goal to remain aware of when you are choosing to see your glass half empty vs. half full. Doing this will keep you in a positive mindset that you will always be giving off positive energy to those around you. People want to be around and do business with positive people! Be that bright shining light!
